Sarah is a mother to four beautiful children and is the wife to a knockout husband, Drew. She also is the dog mom to the family's beloved rescue, Liz. She is a devout follower and lover of Jesus Christ. She grew up in Palisade, Colorado and attended Colorado Mesa University for her undergraduate studies. She holds a bachelor's degree from CMU in Kinesiology and a Colorado teacher's license in addition to her doula training. She lived in Montrose, Colorado for several years before moving back to the Grand Valley. She loves exploring God's beautiful creation in nature, curling up with a cup of tea and a good book, all things holistic care, and especially loves supporting women in their journey through the magnificent, sanctifying process of motherhood.
